1. Who we are
This site, advanceops.ai, is operated by AdvanceOps Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy mean AdvanceOps Inc.
The designated privacy officer responsible for AdvanceOps Inc.'s compliance with PIPEDA is Jesse Raso, reachable at hello@advanceops.ai. Questions, complaints, or data requests should be directed to that address.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details you submit through the discovery form on this site (name, email, company, industry, the bottleneck you describe).
- Anything you write in an email you send to hello@advanceops.ai or in a discovery call booked through Cal.com.
- Project, operational, and integration details shared with us during an audit or build engagement under a signed agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) when you load a page, including IP address, user agent, and the page requested. These are retained for security and performance monitoring, not for advertising.
- This site does not load advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or fingerprinting scripts. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts (see section 4), which causes your IP address and browser information to be transmitted to Google solely for font delivery. We do not run any other third‑party tracking on the site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you share to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- Scope, deliver, and support engagements you sign for.
- Send occasional, account specific updates about your engagement. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list without consent.
- Protect the integrity and security of the site (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
We rely on consent (when you submit the form), contractual necessity (when an engagement is signed), and legitimate interests (basic site operation and security) as the legal bases for processing.
4. Third party services we use
We use a small number of vendors to operate this site and run engagements. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
- Netlify — hosting and form processing (advanceops.ai is hosted on Netlify; form submissions are received through Netlify Forms).
- Cal.com — scheduling for discovery calls.
- Google Fonts — webfont delivery. Fonts are requested directly from Google's CDN, which transmits your IP address and browser information to Google for the purpose of serving the font files. Google's privacy policy applies to that exchange: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Microsoft Azure — AI processing for engagements we deliver. These are used inside client engagements, not on this site itself. By default, none of these providers train on data passed through their enterprise APIs.
5. How long we keep data
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, plus a short retention period to maintain conversation continuity. Engagement data is governed by the data processing terms in your signed agreement.
6. Your rights
If you are located in Canada, the United States, or the EEA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligation to retain it.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@advanceops.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
This site is delivered over HTTPS with HSTS, modern security headers, and no client side trackers. For engagements, we sign a written agreement and, on request, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before any client data is touched.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, contact you directly. The current version is always the one on this page.
